Panhandle Community Services provides low income families with support and encouragement by providing affordable housing opportunities through the Housing Choice Voucher Program, providing utility assistance, and helping with weatherization to reduce energy consumption. Panhandle Community Services also gives seniors the opportunity to use talents by volunteering and the transit service provides public transportation throughout the Texas Panhandle.
